**If you or a loved one have been impacted by cancer and need help paying for therapy, I am a Flatwater Network Provider so you may inquire with Flatwater to receive up to 40 covered sessions with me at no cost to you.

SLIDING SCALE RATES

In order to increase access to care, I also offer sliding scale to anyone unable to pay the standard rates, no questions asked! Just click on BOOK NOW and pay what you can in the below range.

**Please note - Sliding scale rates are subject to a limited time. After 3-6 months, we will re-evaluate your situation to see if your sliding scale rate can be adjusted or if it is still needed.

INsurance

I am an out-of-network provider and can provide you with an invoice for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. You can check with your insurance company to verify out-of-network coverage and amount of reimbursement.

Cancellation policy

You are allowed 2 free planned cancellations per year and will be responsible for the full fee once those are used. If you notify me sooner than 48 hours and are able to move your appointment to a different time in the same calendar week, then it will not count as a cancellation.
